In a word, how I feel about Juli is trust. Juli has been a true partner in helping me realize my dream of owning a home that would be perfect for my little family. I had met her at an open house for one of her listings, and I could tell from how she followed up with me as a potential buyer, that not only was she really, really good at what she does, I also liked her as a person. She patiently worked with me for a long time as I considered different neighborhoods and different price points. She was always patient and willing to explain, and re-explain the various parts of the home buying process, and the lending side as well. She was responsive whenever I got excited about a listing, and understanding when it turned out to be a no-go. She’s a smart and strong negotiator, and she confidently led the way through the option period. I could ask any question and she’d have the answer or find out. Home buying can be quite an emotional process, and all kinds of stuff can come out. Despite this, she was always patient and supportive. After a long search, she and I finally found the perfect place that met all of my priorities, some of which were not obvious when the process started. I am deeply and truly grateful for Juli.

The process of purchasing a home is fraught with challenges and misinformation for a first time buyer. At the beginning of this process, we didn't know (1) what type of home we wanted, (2) where we wanted to buy, or (3) what was really involved with the process, despite months of research. When Juli joined our team, she helped us develop our answers to these questions and provided us with the information we needed to navigate the transaction. She worked tirelessly to preview homes and prepare information on each property so that our showings were edited to only those homes we were most likely to consider. From the hunt to closing, Juli was always available through text, email, or phone to answer any questions we had. Her background in mortgages proved infinitely helpful because she "spoke the language" of our lender, a skill she used frequently to make sure our offers were strong and our lender kept up with our deadlines. Overall, Juli was a great asset to us and I am certain we wouldn't have had the same outcome without her.

When my wife and I were considering selling our home, we talked with a number of different Real Estate Agents that specialized in our area and Juli was the only one that really listened to the way we wanted to approach selling our home. At the time, selling our home was an option and not a requirement and Juli appreciated that and helped us determine if our home could be sold for the price that we wanted. Rather than simply doing a comparison of what had sold in the area, Juli took a different approach and brought a tour of realtors through our home to determine if our price point was reasonable, which it was. After being impressed with Juli's work ethic and obvious real estate experience when searching for a house to rent, I was confident that she would be the right choice when I decided to buy. Juli was invaluable throughout the entire process, from making an offer to closing. At no point did I feel like she put a potential fee ahead of my interests--she knows that if she properly advises a client, that client will recognize her honesty and come to rely on her for years to come.
